Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Provider services at inventoryprovider.in and related apps. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organisation.
1. The service
Provider provides B2B software for verified builder-floor inventory, device-licensed dealer access, organisation administration, billing, and optional advertising placements. We do not broker consumer property sales and are not a party to transactions between dealers, builders, or end buyers.
2. Accounts & organisations
- You must provide accurate organisation and user information.
- Organisation admins are responsible for sub-users, device slots, and compliance with these Terms within their tenant.
- Credentials and device licences are non-transferable except via features we provide (reclaim, revoke, invite).
3. Subscriptions & fees
Paid plans are billed according to the catalogue shown in the dealer portal (device slots, billing cycle, service areas). Fees are generally non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with notice for renewal periods.
4. Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not scrape, resell raw platform data, circumvent device licensing, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.
5. Inventory accuracy
Verification improves reliability but does not guarantee that prices, availability, or builder details remain unchanged. Confirm critical facts with the builder before closing any deal.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, branding, and software are owned by Provider or its licensors. Listing media and ad creatives remain owned by their respective providers, licensed to us for display in the Services.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from inventory decisions, third-party builder conduct, or network outages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to fees paid by your organisation to us in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend access for non-payment, licensing abuse, or Acceptable Use violations. You may stop using the Services at any time; prepaid periods are handled per the Refund Policy.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram / Delhi NCR shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer or other protections if applicable.
